Booking and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide exceptional medical and wellness services to all our valued clients. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any completed treatments or procedures. We are committed to your satisfaction, and our team is always available to address any concerns and ensure that you receive the highest quality care.

Booking Policy:

To provide efficient, appointment-based care, select services require an appointment confirmation deposit at the time of booking. This amount is applied toward the total cost of your visit.

As provider time is reserved in advance, deposits are not refundable for missed or late-canceled appointments. When changes are made with notice, we are happy to apply the deposit as a credit toward a future appointment.

Cancellation & Change Policy

Notice Given- 24+ hours before appointment

Outcome – Credit issued toward a future visit

Notice given -Less than 24 hours before appointment or Missed appointment / No-show

Outcome -Deposit forfeited

Clinic/provider cancellation- Full refund issued

Credits issued may be applied toward future services within a 90 day validity period.
