BOOKING POLICY
All appointment requests submitted through our website or by phone are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our clinic staff. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment slot until you receive confirmation.
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure appointments for cosmetic clearance services. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your visit. Appointments without a deposit may be released.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
Please bring all required documentation to your appointment, including valid ID, surgeon clearance requirements (if applicable), and any outside lab results.
CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY
We understand that schedules change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Credit Validity: Appointment credits are valid for 90 days from the date of cancellation and may be applied to any service we offer. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
