We understand the importance of having access to affordable healthcare, which is why we have developed an affordable membership plan to help bridge this coverage gap. This program in no way replaces insurance but it’s a start and a way for everyone to have a blanket of protection here at our facility for coverage when care is needed.
- All our plans require a minimum commitment of 3 months to experience the benefits of regular wellness/health services. After that, membership is month-to-month and can be ended at any time without penalty or charge.
- We do not accept cancellations over the phone or verbally. You must email us at least 5 days before your next billing cycle to cancel. Not sure which email? Please refer below. Once your membership is canceled, any remaining services will be forfeited.
- To cancel your membership please email careteam@hidocmedical.com.
- Your monthly benefits can be carried over for only 1 month and may be offered to a qualified guest.
- All membership fees are subject to Florida state sales tax, which will be added to your monthly membership cost.
