Q1: When should I get travel vaccines before a trip?
We recommend scheduling your travel consultation at least 4–6 weeks before departure. Some vaccines require multiple doses or time to build full protection.Yellow fever requires 10 days prior to travel. Never get live vaccines days before appointment. Live vaccines can be given 30 days apart or same day. If a live vaccine was taken less than a month before your appoinment then other live vaccines cannot be administered before the 30 days.
