What Happens During Your Visit
Your appointment typically takes 30–60 minutes. Your provider will:
- Review your complete medical history and surgeon’s requirements
- Perform a focused physical examination
- Record your vital signs
- Complete any required blood work, EKG, or additional testing based on your surgeon’s orders and medical history.
- Coordinate any additional imaging if indicated
Once all testing is complete, your provider reviews the results together to confirm you are medically optimized for surgery.
