What should I bring to my physical exam?
Bring a valid photo ID and any forms, instructions, or health requirements provided by your school, employer, or training program. If you have vaccination records or other relevant medical documentation, bring those as well.
How much does a professional physical cost?
Professional physical exams start at $100. Laboratory testing, TB testing, drug screening, vaccines, titers, EKGs, and other additional services are not included in the standard physical exam fee unless specifically stated.
Do you provide physicals for nursing, CNA, and HHA programs?
Yes. We provide physical exams for nursing students, CNA and HHA programs, allied health programs, technical schools, and other healthcare training programs. Bring your school’s required forms so we can review the specific requirements.
Can I get my TB testing and physical at the same visit?
Yes. When required, TB testing can be coordinated with your physical exam. Available testing options may depend on your school, employer, or program requirements.
Do you offer QuantiFERON-TB testing?
Yes. QuantiFERON-TB blood testing is available for students and professionals whose school, healthcare program, or employer requires it.
Can I get titers with my physical?
