I had a great experience. I saw the primary care doctor for my pre-op clearance (medical clearance). Customer service was top tier, from scheduling the appointment to completing it. Drew did my EKG and blood draw, Im afraid of needles and I didn't even feel a pinch. Professional team ,great communication and no wait time!!! If you need a medical clearance or physical in Broward County come here. Oh and I was able to get my lab results same day!!. They don't accept walk-ins but they were able to get me an appointment the next morning and as soon as I got there I was in and out. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They made the medical clearance process so easy and stress-free. I was in and out much quicker than I expected, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. If you need a medical clearance or any of their services, I highly recommend them. About two weeks ago, I needed a same-day pre-op clearance and was honestly starting to panic. The office manager went above and beyond to help me. We found out that LabCorp wouldn't have my blood work back until the next day, which meant I could have missed my surgery. Instead of just telling me there was nothing they could do, they coordinated everything with a local lab so my blood work could be completed quickly. I was able to get my labs done, complete my exam, see the provider, and have my clearance sent to my surgeon the very same day. Yes, there was an additional expedited fee, but it was reasonable considering everything they had to coordinate. For me, it was worth every penny. It covered the expedited process along with my blood work, exam, EKG, chest X-ray, and getting my clearance to my surgeon the same day. What stood out the most wasn't just the speed,it was that they genuinely cared about making sure I was healthy enough for surgery, not just checking boxes to clear me. I'm now two weeks post-op and feeling great. I'm grateful to both my surgical team and everyone at Hi Doc Medical for helping make everything happen. I've had multiple surgeries over the years and have been through this process several times. This was by far one of the smoothest experiences I've had. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and everyone was kind, professional, and responsive. If you're looking for a clinic that truly cares about its patients and communicates every step of the way, I highly recommend Hi Doc Medical. I needed a medical clearance and my surgeon needed a BUNCH of labs $$. Hi Doc called my coordinator to see what was Needed and what was just additional, they saved me over $500 😁. I had my surgery and it was successful and Im on the road to recovery. They sent everything to my surgeon so all I had to do was show up. Thank you so much for helping me in ways you didn't have to. The blood draw was painless and the entire pre-op clearance experience was great. This center is not your average doctors office or urgent care. They actually care. There prices are very reasonable and if increases happen (hello look at the economy) they notify us the patients. I've done a few services here. Annual blood test or labs, travel vaccines and physicals for work clearance. I love this place. The only downside is they no longer offer walk-ins. Its by appointment only but I usually get in the same week or next day. I've been going here since they were in commercial. I really hope this place doesn't close down or I'll end up back in the cycle of "just being a dollar sign". So I'm leaving this review in hopes that it encourages someone looking for medical center,weight loss, travel clinic, clearance center in Oakland Park or Broward County to try them out. Everyone there has been professional, responsive, helpful, and refreshingly practical to work with. In a world where so many medical offices feel rushed, dismissive, or impossible to communicate with, Hi Doc has been the opposite. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond to make treatment straightforward, affordable, and low-stress. The providers actually listen, explain things clearly, and treat you like a human being instead of a number. Communication has been fast, prescriptions and follow-ups have been smooth, and overall they’ve made a frustrating area of healthcare far easier to navigate than I expected.
